Ignorance is only bliss when what you're being ignorant about doesn't affect you personally. This is not the case with this collection of industry secrets.
While some of these lesser-known facts are fun and insightful, some of them are going to leave you wishing you hadn't gone around digging up information you otherwise wouldn't know. Like, do you know how much animal "debris" is legally allowed to be present in food?
Well, if you don't, consider yourself lucky. And if you want to remain ignorant, here is your last chance to bow out.

Health and safety standards are not followed in most franchised fast food restaurants on a day to day basis. -

China has stopped buying a lot of recycled plastic from the USA due to quality issues and a lot of it just gets stored in warehouses as landfill. The industry is spending money on PR to avoid this being public knowledge. -

As an educator, we are not indoctrinating your children. If we were, they would arrive to class on time and get their work done. -
